Return policy

We want you to feel good about your >beauty purchase. If a product isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products may be opened or gently used. To be eligible for a return, we ask that the majority of the product remain in its original packaging and that you provide proof of purchase.

Starting a return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@greaterthanbeauty.co before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@greaterthanbeauty.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping

For returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, >beauty will cover return shipping costs when applicable.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items specifically marked final sale are not eligible for return. If you have questions about whether an item is eligible, please contact us at hello@greaterthanbeauty.co.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order for the product you would prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@greaterthanbeauty.co.
